When will decorations be taken down?
That’s up to you – some clients choose to have them removed as soon as the holiday is over, while others prefer to leave them for a while.

Caring for Your Lights
Interior Lights
We use only indoor-rated lights that range from small and twinkly to big and bold – we work with you to design your perfect feel.
Exterior Lights
Outdoor lights have to be able to withstand the elements! Our exterior Christmas lights are robustly designed and sturdily made, providing you a durable, headache-free solution for your outdoor lighting.
Pets
We love our furry family members! Keep yours in mind when you’re deciding on your lighting set-up; you don’t want Mr. Mittens chewing on cords or Fido running through any strands!
Moisture
While our outdoor lights can withstand the wet and rain, our interior lights need to be kept dry. If a strand of interior lights is exposed to moisture, unplug them immediately and do not reconnect to power until 100% dry.
Cleaning
Neither our interior nor exterior lights should require cleaning while they’re installed for the holiday season. If you have a year-round set up that requires cleaning, you can inquire about that service here.
